XACCURATE LLC acts as an authorized reseller of Intuit® software products, specifically QuickBooks Desktop Pro. We guarantee that all licenses sold are 100% genuine and legally obtained for resale.

• Physical Shipping: We do not offer digital downloads or email delivery of license keys. All products are physically shipped to the address provided during checkout via carriers such as UPS, FedEx, or USPS.
• Pricing: Prices for our products are subject to change without notice. We reserve the right at any time to modify or discontinue the Service (or any part or content thereof) without notice at any time.

3. Accuracy of Billing and Account Information
