1. Our 100% Money-Back Guarantee

If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase for any reason within 60 days of your order date, we will issue a full refund—no questions asked, provided the eligibility conditions are met.

2. Eligibility for Returns & Refunds

We accept returns for physical software packages within 60 days of the purchase date under the following strict conditions to prevent piracy and unauthorized use:

  • The software package remains completely unopened and in its original, sealed factory packaging.
  • The physical scratch-off area for the license key has not been revealed.
  • The product has not been registered or activated with Intuit in any capacity.

If the physical seal is broken or the software has been installed/activated, the item is considered final sale and cannot be returned under any circumstances.

3. Return Process

To initiate a return, please contact us at (502) 260-9200 or email sales@xaccurate.com to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. Returns sent without an RMA number will not be processed.

Once you receive your RMA, package the unopened software securely and mail it to:

Note: You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. We strongly recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance.

4. Refunds Processing

Once your physical return is received and inspected at our facility, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment (PayPal/Credit Card) within 3-5 business days.

Please note that a restocking fee of 15% may apply to authorized returns to cover initial processing and handling costs.

5. Defective Physical Media

If you receive physical media (e.g., installation CD/USB) that is damaged or defective upon arrival, please contact us immediately. We will exchange the defective media for a working copy of the exact same product at no additional charge.
